How EX governance works with Onivio.
1Strategic HR scoping
Together we define your EX priorities, the KPIs to track (eNPS, quality-of-work-life, turnover, absenteeism) and the scope of employee journeys to steer. This scoping shapes the dashboard and the governance rituals.
2Governance & tracking
We set up the recurring monthly committees, the dashboard, the indicator-tracking rituals and the first quick wins identified during scoping.
3Continuous improvement
We analyse HR trends month by month, cross-referenced with employee verbatims and field data. Actionable recommendations prioritised by impact and feasibility.
4Strategic optimisation
We align EX performance with business objectives, run a quarterly sector benchmark, and plan HR initiatives for the medium and long term.
Frequently asked questions.
What does EX governance involve?
It is a monthly partnership: an EX committee with your leadership and HR teams, a KPI report (eNPS, quality-of-work-life, turnover), concrete recommendations and a permanent dashboard updated every month. The aim is to embed the employee experience in the organisation’s strategic decisions.
What is the minimum engagement length?
We recommend a minimum of 3 months for the governance to bear fruit. The engagement can be monthly, quarterly or annual to suit your needs. An annual engagement benefits from a preferential rate.
Who is this service for?
For HR directors who have HR metrics but lack the time or expertise to analyse them and draw decisions from them, for operations directors running managerial initiatives without clear governance, and for leaders who want to connect HR performance to business results.
Which KPIs do you track?
eNPS, quality-of-work-life, turnover, absenteeism, successful-onboarding rate, engagement — tailored to your context and priority challenges. We build the dashboard during the initial scoping.
Does this service require a prior audit?
It is most effective after an EX Audit or an Employee Journey Map, which set the baseline and identify the priority indicators to track. Without a prior diagnosis, we build in a reinforced scoping phase at the start of the engagement.
How much does EX governance cost?
From €3,500/month excl. VAT. The exact rate depends on the scope, the committee frequency and the deliverables required. A precise quote is drawn up after an initial scoping conversation.
Do we keep the dashboard after the engagement?
Yes. The EX dashboard is designed to stay with you after the engagement. You can continue to populate and use it independently.
How does a monthly EX committee work?
It is a working session by video, around 90 minutes, with your leadership and HR teams: analysis of the month’s KPIs, identification of priority pain points, tracking of actions in progress and decisions for the following month. Each committee produces an actionable summary.
